- The instructions provided by the teacher before and after the activity must be followed by the participants.
- Any meals or transportation not included in the schedule should be regarded as excluded from the contract.
- The bundle will not cover any personal costs or goods of a personal nature.
- Refrain from eating large meals or drinking alcohol before or right after the Giant Swing Rishikesh exercise.
- Failure to arrive at the designated site by the reporting time will be treated as a NO SHOW, and no reimbursement will be issued.

- Over 130 kg individuals are not permitted to participate in this sport.
- This exercise is not recommended for those who have major medical issues such osteoporosis, back or neck injuries, dislocations, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent fractures, high blood pressure, and neurological disorders.
- Within 12 hours following a successful reservation, the customer gets an email with a confirmation voucher.
- If the requested times are not available, an alternative schedule will be created for the customer, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them.
- A full refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation before it is confirmed.
- No cancellation costs will be assessed if the cancellation is made three days or more before the scheduled departure date.
- If a cancellation is made between one and three days prior to the scheduled departure date, a fee of 50.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed.
- If a cancellation is made less than one day before to the scheduled departure date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
